Foreclosure buy in Mecklenburg County

Hello,

New to Charlotte area. Atlant(Fulton County) has been having foreclosure auctions which generally have tons of SFHs. Generally there both foreclosure auctions are together.  

For Mecklenburg, I am only able to find info regarding Taxforeclosures. Can anyone guide me for REO foreclosure list and how is the procedure here? Where to find the list?
