You might not know the true weight of this tenant.I have watched shows on heavy people before on cable.You might be surprised that to move the tenant out of the building the fire department and emergency personnel might have cut out the side of the building to get them out of the property.There are hospitals and other programs who might take these individuals to help them.So you might want to factor in extraction costs and damage to the building in your offer.

I think with vertical blinds, kwikset locks, a good cleaning job on the indside, pressure washing the outside, replacing two low-e glass, and installing battery powered smoke/COs you are right in the ballpark for a good job.

Well Jon truthfully that is no surprise to me coming from you.At least now that you have those links that will never happen again.I invented the ab roller in my basement when I was 16 a dumbbell with one old weight on it.And I'm not talking about any others till I finish my patent searches.
