how to note upgrades

The seals in about half the double pane windows were destroyed, and those windows had condensation stains. I replaced only the damaged glass with Low-E glass. Should I note that on blurbs, and how?

I replaced them to improve the appearance of the house and the bottom line, and hoping it would get a faster sale. There is no damage to the other windows.

"1/2 of the windows are recently installed Low-E with a transferable warranty."
"Several east and south facing windows were recently replaced with Solar-ban Low-E with a transferable warranty"

Seems like whichever way I say it, it still sounds like I was too cheap to do them all, even do all the east and all the south windows. The others are fine. If the buyers want, they can do the other 3.

Should I note that at all? It will be a good selling point, as it should cut both heating and cooling costs.
Thanks.
