Take scheduled time off to plan with your family what you all want out of life and how you are going to accomplish it.

This can be anyone with a camera and basic real estate knowledge. before you pay your contractors schedule this person to take pics and shoot video of your property to be sure your contractor has done everything they are requesting funding for.

I set up my income and expenses categories as the same categories as the IRS Schedule E so come tax time it is much easier.

In that case, I might consider hiring & training a local housewife or older college student in the basics of the business and pay them to take the calls AND schedule appointments.
