Hello there everyone-Not too sure if this qualifies as an announcement but I would like to let people know a little bit more about HUD (Housing and Urban Development) and FHA (Federal Housing Administration).

Banks/mortgage companies not an option.Any referrals to reputable companies appreciated.

I suppose many of the gurus have earned their reputation of a scam, rip off, or whatever else you might want to call it.

The thing that works well for us is the fact my partner and myself develop, reprosent large and small builders, and have worked with these banks for years.

Call them and ask to be connected to their Land Development or Land Acquisitions Dept. that services your area.

I want privately held investment and real estate companies engaged in the acquisition, development and management of select real estate projects and selected business opportunities.

Dwayne I would say to do what I would do.Hire a Management Company (one with a good reputation) and let them handle it from there.

My incentive is personal residence, & building capital to develop.
