Looking for investors

I am an agent with over ten years in real estate. I just partnered up with an agent who has been the top re/max agent in my state for the last three years. We both come from a new construction background. We have been able to negotiate with several local banks to receive their REOs on homes and land. The thing is we have the man power to rehab homes, an in-house property management company, and the builders to buy lots down the road. But we need investors to buy and hold land and investors to sell the REOs to at this time. Any suggestions as to the best way to find investors would be greatly appreciated. I guess you can say we are blessed to have the deals on homes and land, we just need the buyers.
