Hey I have a couple questions about FHA loans in general, I’m a 19 year old and have been doing extensive research on real estate and wanting to get my feet wet; When applying for an FHA loan, for say a SFH, would rent from each room of the SFH count as income to pay for the mortgage?

Haverhill MA is currently in a transition.. the mayor has begun conducting his master plan and suddenly there are apartment complexes springing up all over.. beautiful apartments too.

To add to what @Whitney Hutten said make sure you find out what the extension terms on your loan are!

I would start by checking your county clerk's website to find out what business that office is still conducting.

With that being said would you all recommend conducting the cash-out refi or get a HELOC.

But if the IRS does give some healthy extensions to the 1031 timelines then those people just now entering into exchanges will have a unique opportunity to get an extended look at the market evolution while keeping their tax deferral intact.interesting times indeed.  

The “story” doesn’t help us as much as the exact contract language, extensions and all addendums they signed after the initial contract. 

Looking to identify anything that will allow extension of 45 day property identification or 180 day closing windows.
