Have a couple local rentals and a 29-lot mobile home park in TN. Recently partnered up with a big player and we're looking for multifamily in Lake, Porter, and LaPorte Counties in Indiana. Have closed on as small as 4 units and up to a 144 unit complex. Let me know if you hear of anything coming up for sale! We'll pay commission/finders fee....
