@Kim Vedros It may be that Auction.com is conducting the sale of that particular home, which will still be carried out in person at the time/location designated by your county, and then the county may have a list of what will be auctioned at that time/location.

I think if you are an S-Corp or LLC you can pay yourself as an individual outside of that entity or pay the entity as the one who conducted the work (especially if you are the only owner), if Sole Proprietor just make sure you keep detailed records.
