Auction.com / local county auction

There is a home that I found on Auction.com (actually initially found on Zillow) that is also listed as coming up for the local county auction.  Can someone tell me why it would be listed in both places?  How would it be a local auction and online auction at the same time?  Or am I missing something?

@Kim Vedros  Some banks foreclosing on properties are paying auction.com a marketing fee to help push investors to go bid at the foreclosure auction.  Auction.com is not actually selling the property.
