Brokers Experienced w/ helping Investors in Lake Worth, FL

Hi All,

Long time reader, first time poster here. After sitting on the sideline for a year or so, the economic uncertainty from Covid-19 has inspired me to take a leap of faith and hopefully acquire my first rental property this year.

My parents recently retired and moved to Lake Worth, Florida, and as a result I'll likely be down there a few times a year. From what I've initially seen, properties in some certain areas appear to be pretty affordable, so I thought it would be a decent area to start looking.

Does anyone have any experience with long term rentals (preferably) or flips in the area? What's the opportunity like?

Can anyone recommend a broker they've worked with in the area who's well versed in helping rental investors find properties?
