You have to put in the time and money to have a marketing campaign and make a few trips over here to really know the area.You can buy off the MLS and pay retail, and in 10 or 15 years, you might have some equity and maybe a little more cash flow than before, but not the kind of returns that you want. ps I have a networking meeting.

If the wholesaler is taking the time and actually marketing directly to homeowners through various campaigns, negotiating prices to a point that he can then put them under contract, then I believe they present a value to their buyers for all the work they put into bringing them a deal that may/ may not have come their way without that wholesaler.I didn't come from a lot of money and worked my way up in pay at my job to save the money necessary to properly market my various campaigns I will be marketing.
