I just ordered postcards to be mailed to 1800 absentee owners every 60 days for the next 6 months. What are the odds that I won't get at least 1 deal out of this. I am a noob and this will be my first venture in real estate. Thanks in advance!

You've done well, so far, if you already have buyers lined up. To many wanna-be wholesalers save that for after they find a deal, or think they have. Then, they post here with a topic title such as, "Found my first deal - now what?"
