DSTs, however, do accept and/or are designed for 1031s.I see the most common DST returns to be in the 4-5% range.

Has anyone used the OnDeck or Fundbox platform for a business loan?

You have other factors in your rental business such as the cost of money.

We could figure out designated times to login etc, I think you can only have one person logged in at a time.

Unfortunately, a lot of investors first starting out (myself included) tend to focus on finding motivated sellers in these types of communities and then try to talk to the park manager and/or owner to make sure they can do business there.
