New Investor. Got Real Estate License to Sell to Investors
I have been in the car business for 16 years and have been studying investment real estate for 2 years. I am ready to jump in now! Getting an additional 3% back on every deal made too much sense to me, so I got my Real Estate License. As I analize deals every morning, I am realizing that I am probably going to find more good deals than I am able to buy. For the past two years I have been meeting with an Investment Real Estate Master Mind group. I am looking to pitch good deals to them and find another group to be able to pitch to as well.
Not looking to quit my day job, but I go in at 11am most days so it gives me adequate time to analyze deals every morning. Going to buy the Pro Account here. Any advise anyone can give is greatly appreciated!!!
