Until I can get going on the MHP Bootcamp, can anyone recommend a good book that would get me started thinking in the right direction with MHP investing or perhaps even MH investing (flips, buy and hold within existing parks, etc...).  Thanks in advance!

Rachel H. Thanks, that makes a lot of sense.  I have a lot to learn;  how to comp a mh, values of mh in my area, etc…. Can sure see where those relationships would be very important.  Thank you!
