I'll sharp my question, is there any platform or certain ways I can manage all the basic aspects of investing like, finance, properties analyzing without seeing it in real life, property management , properties buying ans selling, accountants handling and lawyers, taxes etc..BTW I'm visiting the US in a couple of days, anything I should do while i'm there ?

Considering that a buyer could possibly also negotiate a better price and/or pay cash and avoid the mortgage expenses since the amount is quite low compared to other properties in Washington state, it could be much more lucrative.

Avoids mark up on parts.

I have family in both states so I use them to let me know about the neighborhoods I should invest in and the ones I should avoid.

Only problem I can see is it's in a higher crime area which so far I've been completely avoiding.

I have been in the construction industry for a long time and I see many investors struggling with different aspects of investing when it comes to repairs and capital expenditures.

Do I need to go through the process and pay all the closing fees or is it possible to sell or sign over the contract and avoid those fees?
