Need Electrician to Upgrade Service

Hello,

I have a duplex in Castor Gardens that already has 2 meters /2 panels but 100 amp service.  Would like to upgrade to 200 amps and relocate the panel into each apartment.  I will be re-doing all the interior wiring so I just need to do the service and panel relocation.  The power line comes down along back of house so it's easily accessible and should be straight forward.  Any idea on ballpark cost and referral would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
