This might be a positive for you as there might be a lack of affordable housing in your area, which could be a positive for your vacancy rate.

CPAs are not permitted to practice law.I will frequently help a client set up an entity if it's single member LLC because the Articles of Organization are usually just name, address, organizer info and fill in the blank on the website for contact info. 

@Marlon Long,Also-- when you have names through emails/profiles, you can check the general district court website  to see if they have any evictions!     

Your market may vary.If you are selling FSBO, then you will have to cobble together a CMA by looking at zillow, redfin, and the county assessor's website.

back in the day when I was really active in Jackson MS funding 5 different turn key operators there.. one of my vendors.. kept on putting properties on his website that he did not own.. 

The reason I come here to ask this question is because when I go onto the website, it says that a full withdrawal is not currently available.
