@Brian Orr - Why does it need to specifically be a CPA in Delaware? @Brandon Hall is in your neck of the woods and specializes in real estate, there's also @Linda Weygant and @Amanda Han on BP (along with many more fantastic CPA's I'm less familiar with). If you REALLY want someone in Delaware though I've heard good things about Chris LaSpada with D'Amato & LaSpada
