I would hate to spend that money and then have the deal go south.

I also invest in South Bend, Indiana, and I have been visiting my 20 unit in South Bend 2-3 times per year.

I live in Chicago, and I've zeroed in certain areas of the south suburbs that seem intriguing for investment. 

I am a former Seattlite myself, now down south in Eugene. 

I've got a 3 family in the south side.
