Hey B.P. community. I'm relatively new to B.P. and investing. I currently live in NYC but am strongly considering investing Out of State. Albany, N.Y. is high on my list. I'm Still in the beginning phases of researching there. So any help and/or advice or specific location that's great for rentals will be very helpful.
