What's team,Looking for advice on where  to start, or some actionable steps I can take to begin doing what I need to do to be able to GP a larger multifamily deal in about 2 years.

I know the Spanish market isn’t as strong as the states or Boston, but since I see myself being Spain longterm I have trouble starting in Boston earlier if I’m not going to be there physically from the get go.

You might start by finding a property management company that specializes in MTRs and ask them if they know of any Realtors who understand this niche.

It's a great way to get started. 

I am not delusional about the amount of work this will take but I am extremely excited to be starting.

I want to branch off from being an employee to starting my own portfolio of residential managed properties.

An engineer would be a great start to help disect the conditions of the site.
