Hi all! How do I find an agent who specializes in Mid term rentals? Any recs for websites I can search on? I don’t see an option for that here. Thanks! 

Also any input on how to tap into this market in the Bay Area would be greatly appreciated. How do you analyze your property to see if it would be good for a MTR? Any experts out there please help!!
