If you were to rent your property to someone I bet you could find a lawyer who has a general lease agreement that you can have them alter if you have specific needs.Other than that, I hope someone with more knowledge and experience provides you some insight as well.Best of luck!

In the meantime while I dont have it though I fired my best bet would be an adjustable rate mortgage, because by the time it does adjust (3years most likely) I can refinance it into a va loan.
