Custom size cabinet doors

Anyone have a recommendation for where to buy/order custom sized kitchen cabinet doors? I'm doing some rehab on an older home. The cabinet boxes are in decent shape, but I'd like to put on new doors. Problem is they are all non-standard sizes. I got one quote from Lowe's, but am looking for something else to compare it to. 

Are there any websites you've ordered this kind of thing from? Or if anyone knows a local cabinet shop in the San Antonio / Seguin, Texas area with good prices, I'd appreciate it.  It's for a personal project, not a flip, so doesn't need to be high-end or top quality.

Paint grade MDF cabinet doors are $20 and wood start at $45. I have purchased both. If painting, I use MDF. No one can tell the difference in my rentals. 100-150k houses.
