Looking to connect with BAM Capital investors

Hey Russel,Admittedly, I do not know BAM; I am curious about what is driving your interest in/decision to invest whether its a preferred return or more back end equity, or just tax advantages. The market has definitely put some operators' projects in distress, and it is very unfortunate, but the flip side is that other operators are able to use stabilized financing to acquire these distressed assets. Our operator partners are seeing an almost 20% discount as they are acquiring assets today.

You are not doing it for the action of doing it, you are doing it to be successful. 90%+ of the people doing it never get a deal from it.Imagine 2 investors, none have money, and both want to become successful.Investor A, drives for dollars, knocks on doors, and starts cold calling random people, while Investor B, gets a job at McD and works for 4 months straight saving every dollar after which he runs a Facebook ads campaign with that money. Not only will investor B have a far more reliably higher probability to get the first deal, but also a second and third deal from that one-time investment of effort and money.Lists have a 0.001% to 0.01% success rate.

You need to talk with your attorney and tax advisor to determine the best structure for you and your goals. One big positive in LLCs, even though the cost to finance is much higher (more down and higher interest rates), when you get commercial loans, they will no longer be on your credit report.

I then have my Chase Business Account linked to Stessa so it will import the payments and still run all the features that I like (Tracking Rental Income, P/L statements, Tax form simple print outs) because it will sync with my Chase Business account.Would love some advice from previous owners and users of Stessa.
