Looking to connect with BAM Capital investors

I'm considering investing in BAM Capital's Fund IV offering.  I'm guessing there are a few Bigger Pockets members who have invested with them.  Is there anyone out there that would be interested in connecting to discuss their investment experience with BAM or other syndicators?

My Open Door Capital Sunbelt Diversified Portfolio isn't currently paying dividends. They need to raise another 3 million dollars to keep paying the bills. They are trying to not do a capital call.

My MLG Capital Funds are still paying dividends but at a reduced rate a little less than 4%.

Hoping both come around MLG looks promising and there is still hope for Open Door Capital.
