A lot of sellers would require proof of funds or proof of pre-approval before doing a deal anyway, so that might not be an issue for some sellers, but for those that went on good faith they would be bound to whether or not you had the mining ability to secure financing.

we just know it is paid by cash verbally because i heard so. i want to see proof of some means. now i understand that is personal and private info with the bank, but i wanted to know if there is some government agency that i can refer to. i can do that math when it comes to the doc stamps and figure out what the purchase price is.
