You still need to have the right fundamentals in place for it to make sense but yes it's a good year to buy real estate.

Having  them put their lot number on the deposit slip has been the only challenge.We also have Cozy.com availble if they want to use an online platform.

I am currently looking at using either Tenant Cloud or Rentec Direct as a property management software platform.

This isn't fundamentally different than having Realtor A show you 20 houses, then having Realtor B write the offer and get paid for it.

And we make sure to disclose that to them before they book on the platform. 

Would really love to get to meet new people either on this platform or hopefully locally to talk about real estate!

Is Redfin or Realtor a better platform?

They facilitate cooperation with the local government on permitting issues, organize pro-builder political action, keep a database of local subcontractors and host a bidding platform, and they put on the annual Tour of Homes which could be a good way to showcase your work when you get settled in here.
