30 Day + Short Term Rental Sites

Hey BiggerPockets,

I am transitioning my AirBnb into a medium term rental (30+ days). I'm looking for corporate rentals, travelling nurses, etc. What are some of your favorite sites for listing furnished properties for 30+ days? I have heard of Furnished Finders and Transplant Housing, but am looking for others.

I’m getting a property ready to put a 2 bedroom condo on the market near Denver for 30 days minimum.

Just curious what percenage increase you could expect on average over standard rental rates?

Also, how are you guys screening people, if at all? Especially on Craigslist. I want to make sure these are solid people since it’s a condo and I don’t want to be a pain to the neighbors.

With Craigslist do you still run background/credit checks and/or take a deposit?
