I went to Madison REIA for the first time last night and I'm a bigger fan of it due to it's structure around the meetings.

Although the JOB has been very good to me the last 8 years I can't shake the passion for real estate, both rehabbbing and buy and hold for passive income.

I help many of my clients with their investment properties, and watching them grow their wealth has inspired me to do the same.I am a big fan of learning, and am always listening to podcasts and audiobooks about various topics.

So, I've been running my dad's company for the last 3 years...but it's not my passion, I have been dreaming about Real Estate Investing for as long as I can  remember and I'm DONE just dreaming, it's time for action!!

Set yourself apart from the top dogs by explaining that you can take more time with your customers because you have less clients:) be honest, and show your passion and you will do fine!!

I have grown to hate corporate america and want to start gaining as much knowledge about real estate and strategies as possible, and begin my career doing what I am passionate about instead of this awful corporate life.
