@Mitch Messer We'd love to stick close to "home" here in Duluth, as that's where our network is of contractors and like being close to the work.. so anywhere in Gwinnett & Forsyth counties.Fix & Flips are definitely our passion, but we know we eventually want to get some buy & holds as well.  

I also want to own a performance car shop as that is one of my father and I's passions.

The knowledge freely given here is extremely valuable and takes time and is worth it's weight in gold.That being said, there's a million charities out there that could use your money and time to make a difference, so find something you're passionate about and get to work :)
