Sharon and Matt are a mother and son Team. Sharon is originally from the Pittsburgh area. In 1987 she made a decision to relocate to the NOVA area to pursue her Real Estate career and to achieve a better quality of life. Matthew graduated from Stone Bridge HS in Loudoun County and furthered his education at Greensboro College in NC pursuing a business degree. Matthew has always been very dedicated to a healthy life-style while playing both football and baseball in HS and then continuing his baseball career in college. Matthew and Sharon are both very dedicated individual and always follow their dreams. With Matthews business degree and Sharon’s real estate experience, it is quite certain that they both would at some point, “make their mark”.

For years, Sharon and Matthew dreamed of creating their own real estate business, but didn’t know how it would work. They just knew they had to start somewhere; so they just jumped right in, and decided to make their dream a reality.

With a goal to work together in real estate doing what they love, Sharon and Matt desired to share their passion of real estate with others. As they began to develop the company and carve their niche in the big world of real estate, they quickly realized that there was a distinct need for certain real estate services they originally did not foresee. So they decided to join the Fortune Builders Team - where in collaboration with one another, they would offer their services to help redevelop the communities in the local area and this is where “SNM Rehabs” was formed.
