what are you doing today to keep that ball rolling forward?

"DOING" is the key...

whats your goal today? what are you working towards to accomplish?

HOw are you MAKING your way to that goal- vision?

Do you takes steps every day to towards that goal?

I have three visions in front me and every single day I ask myself, "What CAN i do today to step towards this goal?

I was there unsure HOW to get to where i wanted to be.

today i have 3 visions that i am working towards to make happen.

1- my plant business and the purchase of land ( that i have no idea how to get... but taking steps have now gotten me to the place of seeing how- i have a how step now that CAN open that door now.) Monday call attoney to start process of Incorporating business. Call Jane my business couselor for our first meeting.  complete my taxes. call agriculture for more needed state info

2- my land development- when i hit a wall, i look at what CAN i do now to reach that goal. today what CAN i do? for me today, being sat i cant do anything but I CAN work on the vision and pull together more ideas and clarify that vision.

3- farmland i want to aquire. HOw do i get there from here? nothing today, but on MOnday i can fill out papers for a pre approval loan with my co-signer. ?

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS? write it out and then step it down with what YOU CAN DO  now.  BEGIN NOW AND MOVE FORWARD... iNHERTIA will begin to move you forward at a steady speed. best of luck to ya.

Annette,

Played tennis this morning. Took wife and daughter out to lunch. Thinking on how to renegotiate the terms for the franchise we're in contract to purchase. Meeting with my partner at 4ish to discuss and strategize. Meeting with the seller at 6pm to renegotiate terms.

Have been negotiating to purchase a 7-unit apartment building. There's a high probability that we will be in contract next week. Putting one of my duplexes on the market next week. Hope things will work out where I can do a 1031 exchange into the apartment building. Push comes to shove, I may have to do a reverse 1031 exchange.

Half of the proceed from the sale of the duplex will go towards the 1031 exchange. Half will go to build the franchise biz so wife can also retired in about a year. Some people think I'm crazy while my partner understands how I can still make $$ in this tough market.

Six years ago, I decided to quit my job to chase my dreams. Sinlings and parents had doubts. Wife was the only supportive person. To put things in perspective, the sky was falling, and everyone was getting laid off in 2009. Six years later, everyone believes I cannot fail in whatever I do. Some said quitting my job was the best decision I have ever made for the families. So how much faith do you have in yourself? How focus are you in achieving your dreams? What are you willing to give up to achieve your dreams?

Life is about making decisions. Good ones will get you to your goal sooner while bad ones will set you back. Some decisions are easier to make than others. Without making the tough ones, your life will likely not going to change. We all only live once. It's our job to add spices to our lives and make it more rejuvenating.

Enjoy your weekend.
