How to connect the dots

Hey everyone, I'm new to RE but always had a passion for Investing. I currently run a landscaping company and am ready to start my new chapter in RE.

I've done research and watched videos and listened to vlogs. I've done D4D and reached out to Sellers even spoke to a couple of possible interested buyers.... but I can't seem to find a way to connect the dots.

I understand this may seem broad, and maybe I'm rushing things and need to slow down. But I'm eager and don't want to waste anymore time just talking about it and not making the leap. Please help, any assistance will be great! Thanks Louis
