@Choon Yee DeeRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

For me, I would just wait as a buyer until it falls out of contract then go in and buy it, or call the agent and be like "hey you know its a wholesaler who has it under agreement".... or simply put in a back up offer  I instruct my clients to do this all the time.. many times they move into first position when the first buyer flakes.. back up offers are the way to go.. in this situation.

@Diane G.You probably already paid it in your closing docs as you typically prepay interest till the end of the month.If you are due any credits the title company will readjust it.
