Self GC'ing an ADU . . . fence and porta-potty recs?

The trades are lined up but we're responsible for the dumpster, temporary fence, and portable john. Looks like National Fence is the main fence company and LSR has porta-potties but they never pick up their phone. If anyone has any good leads on businesses they recommend for the fence (temp fence with windscreen bc its Chicago, sandbags) and porta-potty, please feel free to share your sources. Thanks!
