Is the Fortune Builders Mastery program really Legit?

If I had let the listing sit for a week or two after accepting an offer I would have a better idea of how the listing really worked in my market.All your points about buyer's agents resisting flat-fee listings are legit from my perspective.

It is just not going to work in my humble opinion.Instead of trying to show you are personally writing them, it is a lot more valuable to show you are legit and credible.

If they are legit he should be able, in layman's terms, to cite codes or case law to support his ideas.

Hey @Ceasar Blackman Postcardmania is legit, we used them back in 2008, but most recently I found them to be too expensive.

I want my tenants to have a voice, whether they are here legally or not, if they have a legit concerns.

I'd bet in 10 years he'll be the highest price guy....you have to be if you wanna stay in the game and do everything legit... 

The sectors we are interested in are healthcare, casinos, resorts, and large urban redevelopment projects ( mixed use ).

Broken promises after broken promises, I wish I would have done some more research on them but they were one of the 3 referred by Carrot and so I thought they were legit.
