How can I find more 100M+ real estate development projects to pitch to my capital partners?

We are currently close to closing a 1.5B development project and have several 300–600M projects in the pipeline.

sounds exciting you normally don't see projects of that magnitude here on BP..   But if it was me I would be talking to the Very best commerical real estate companies in the market you want to penetrate.
