Just a thought.. if you run into difficulty utilizing an assignment contract or feel that A or C would be upset seeing what B is making on the wholesale deal, (and B is licensed broker) could you not utilize the buyers agreement and specify a fee to be paid to brokerage firm in "X" amount for that particular property that B is wholesaling?
