Seller upset w/wholesalers fees on Assignment contracts?

Just a thought.. if you run into difficulty utilizing an assignment contract or feel that A or C would be upset seeing what B is making on the wholesale deal, (and B is licensed broker) could you not utilize the buyers agreement and specify a fee to be paid to brokerage firm in "X" amount for that particular property that B is wholesaling? That way it could be explained that instead of the A (seller) paying the commission, that C ( end buyer) has agreed to pay a commission/fee to B as a finders fee/wholesale fee/commission for services? Thoughts???
