Michael Fundaro Should I ask Current Tenants of a House Hack to Leave?

They've been there for 5 years, that's all I know.So I have potential long term tenants in one of the units already, but its the unit I would be living in (access to basement, garage, etc.), So I'd either ask them to move into Unit 2, or ask them to vacate the property and have the tenants I have lined up move into Unit 2.

I've used both websites with varying degrees of success.I will say that if you want to go the more economical route in hiring a VA, you might be dealing with someone who's native language is not English (I experienced this a few times using Upwork).

One thing to consider with ductless is the layout of your units .... the more open and better air circulation, the more effective a ductless unit will be.However, as several of us stated above and your energy audit revealed, you get the most bang-for-your buck by improving the air sealing (first) and insulation (second) of the building envelope.While solar photovoltaic (electricity) is not economically viable here (or in most of NA), we have had success with solar thermal as a heating source for domestic hot water.

Regardless of the cash flow you can get in Schenectady, I just can't stomach the lack of liquidity, it feels like putting money into a 401k that you just have to assume is inaccessible for the next 20+ years.
