What Up BP! Is there book or guide as to how to train your VA's step by step? I need one for speaking to sellers efficiently, and another for advertising, mailings, data entry. I appreciate it! Hope you guys are killing it!

@Lamontay Garrett That's a great question. I would second what @Jacob Blackett said about Upwork and Fiverr. I've used both websites with varying degrees of success.
I will say that if you want to go the more economical route in hiring a VA, you might be dealing with someone who's native language is not English (I experienced this a few times using Upwork). That doesn't mean they are not proficient in their tasks. But it can be easier for things to be lost in translation. This could be a critical element if you want your VA to speak "to sellers efficiently."
I would recommend that you go on Upwork and put up a job post of what you're looking for. Interview applicants and ask them questions. You can tell a lot by their responses. If you interview one you like, hire them on a trial basis. You can always extend their contracts.
Be clear and concise on what you'd like for them to accomplish. Go from there. It really is trial and error.
Hope this helps.
