Newbie to real estate
Hello everyone! My name is Guadalupe. I am a 21 year old living in Los Angeles, CA. I am a full time employee and full time student as well.
I am currently working on obtaining my real estate license. One of my plans is to save money from being a real estate agent and making deals to buy investment property. From there, I would like to fully focus in investing.
I do not plan to leave school because I really want to earn my degree in business economics. I can possibly even incorporate my degree to real estate in the future.
I admit I feel lost at the moment with what I should do. Work and school is holding me back from doing real estate and I do not have the luxury of just quitting my job.
I would really appreciate some advice from you all.
Thank you
