Currently they are paying $950 for the house in Oklahoma.They do have 2 cars, car payment for one car is $512, the other is paid off.They are moving from Oklahoma, the mother is still in Oklahoma with the kids, she is making $2480 a month, been at that job since Sep 2016.

and having my mother pass away at far too young of an age last year, I have determined that I will be moving back to Charlotte, where I am looking to obtain a position within the real estate industry, and network as much as humanly possible within the upcoming months.As of now, my goal for 2017, aside from acquiring a position back in Charlotte, would be to acquire my first residential, value-add, multifamily (preferably 3-4 units) within the greater Charlotte, NC area utilizing an FHA loan.

@Brandon Johnson @Sean Peters  @Gail Kaitschuck @Michael Noto  @Corby Goade  @Chris Purcell  @Bettina F.Thanks everyone for the the comments and motivation, You guys really let know know im doing the right thing, Asking them to leave is 2 fold, soon ill ask my mother to move in my tenants side after i rehab , then ill rehab my side and get another tenant, so ill needed them to go because my tenants will be living next to my mother.I really didnt want to do an eviction, but i really feel like i shouldnt have to eat it, but they moved people into my unit, and started smoking in my unit, playing music at night and paying rent late, i laughed to myslef because i think they thought i wasn't gonna say "get out"Im glad yawl got my back on this thanks

If so and he's on fixed income, you probably can't increase much before he can't afford it, but also he'd probably stay until he cannot (nursing home/moving in with family/passing away).
