Furnished or unfurnished Vegas property

Hi. I need some thoughts on whether it is profitable to rent a furnished property (condo), opposed to unfurnished? My condo is located in Northwest Vegas. Would be open to short term rentals if I proceed with a furnished rental. However, not sure if there is much of a difference in profit. Please give me your feedback, especially if you already have a Vegas rental property. Thx,
