Brandy Morton 24 units on a well and septic - advice?

Tough to assess but if you looked at it as a mobile home park with 24 pads dependent upon both a septic & well water you will appreciate the issues you may face &/or be surprised by.We looked at a MHP some time ago & the well water supply during the summer was an issue as was pump station maintenance etc during the winters, then you have the ongoing water quality inspections.

In addition the emphasis is more on educational reform rather than just pure co-working.I will be paying creative individuals to teach what they know to other people i;e - "How To Build Mobile Apps On Android" or "How To Grow Your Enterprise" As I previously explained they will get to keep 100% profit on the front-end so it makes them more motivated.Yes, you are correct in your assumption.

@Quanicka Burr  I've only read a little about mobile homes but I believe it is common to own the mobile home and pay rent for the land the mobile home is on if it is in a park.

Homes clear 300-400/month over park lot rent.I'm getting older homes, 15-30 years.There are just so many things that can go wrong with a mobile home deal (at least with older homes and my renter pool).
