The one I'm most familiar with is the the Building Performance Institute (BPI), these are the ones my business operates under.

My guess is that there are probably some similar laws in Massachusetts, so be sure to check it out.

This class would include banks, credit unions, lending institutions and real estate investors who have lent money in the form of land contract, options, contract for deed, hard money lending, and private lending.
