New Member from Philadelphia

Hi All!

My name is Pat Godfrey. I currently live in Philadelphia with my wife and daughter (and dog.) I'm involved in real estate in a few ways, first through remodeling (that's my main occupation, no pitch) and also I went in on a deal with a partner to purchase a triplex last year, so learning the rental game. I'm looking to get more involved in other areas. I'd like to do one to two flips of single family homes in Philadelphia this year and eventually buy a triplex and move in (though that may be on the North Shore of Massachusetts, where my family will probably locate at the beginning of next year.) I actually just found Bigger Pockets on Google, then listened to a couple of podcasts and really liked the laid back, approachable yet extremely informative style of Josh and Brandon.
